Having trouble turning your lantern back on? 

• Remove the key before turning the lantern on  
• Remove the key before waking the lantern up after it has fallen asleep
• Refresh you batteries with 4 fresh alkaline or NIMH rechargeable batteries

Having trouble inserting the key? 

• Confirm the key is fully inserted and no part of the key stem is showing 
• Jiggle key to make sure you have cleared the inner keyhole
